A traditional fruit farm with a large production of apple juice and cider, and a new and modern distillery for production of apple brandy.

Hardanger Saft- og Siderfabrikk is located in Hardangerfjorden at Lekve in Ulvik. The farm restaurant have the capacity to serve pre-booked groups with up to 80 guests.
