Serving at the farms

🍎 Hardanger Juice and Cider Factory offers simple snacks with cider.
🍎 Syse Farm has a farm café with simple food service from 11:00–16:00

Book cider tasting and guided tours
You can book farm tours and cider tastings at all the farms along the cider route. Book your cider experience with each individual farm here!
Hardanger Saft- og Siderfabrikk
The fruit farm at Lekve produces apple juice, cider, and spirits. Advance booking of lunch and dinner in the farm restaurant is available for larger groups. Cider and apple juice are sold in the farm shop.
Syse gard
Welcome to Syse Gard for a rich food and cider experience. At the innermost part of the Hardangerfjord, in Ulvik, you’ll find us right in the heart of the fruit and cider route.
Ulvik Frukt & Cideri
This Family farm is cultivating over 20 apple varieties, many of them traditional. Produces a wide range of apple products including various types of apple juice, cider, and apple cider vinegar. Has a farm shop selling cider, apple juice, and apple cider vinegar. Apples available in season.
